DESCRIPTION:There’s more trees to be planted as we restore habitat in our preserves.  \n\n\n\nThis time we’re focused on a part of the Hojack Trail that is ready for some love: the trail east of Route 250 in the village. We’ll be planting some low-growing trees/tall shrubs to provide screening\, shade\, and insect habitat\, especially for the Giant Swallowtail Butterfly. \n\n\n\nWear sturdy shoes\, long pants\, and gloves\, and be sure to use bug repellent. \n\n\n\nBring: Shovels or planting spades \n\n\n\nParking: Park where the Hojack crosses Route 250
