Pick up your passport at Webster Parks and Rec Center or Holt Road or Eastway Wegmans or download the pages below and challenge yourself and your family to a healthier lifestyle!
There are no longer prizes for completing the passport, but a finisher’s certificate can be yours at the Friends Annual Meeting in the autumn, and it’s still lots of fun!
