The Vosburg Hollow Nature Trail is a moderate to challenging trail located off of the Hojack Trail about 1/8 of a mile southeast of Vosburg Road. It is a 0.35 mile trail that leads north along a stand of red pines and descends to a boardwalk across a marshy area. It proceeds along Shipbuilders Creek and goes out to Vosburg Road. By crossing the Vosburg Road at Baker Road, you can reach the Big Meadow trail at the Gosnell Big Woods Preserve.
Fishing is permitted (license required) in Shipbuilders Creek. Special Great Lakes Tributary regulations apply. To report violations or concerns, please call 1-800-TIPP DEC (1-800-847-7332).
The Vosburg Hollow Nature Trail is pedestrian only; motorized vehicles, horseback riding and cycling are prohibited.
