2. Treasurer Report – Chris/Lynn Peterson: Detailed report put in Dropbox
   • Expected to end year with $35k after $11k in expenses YTD.
   • All required grant spending accounted for.
3. Membership Report – Denise Bilsback: Detailed report distributed to Board via email.
   • 245 members – essentially flat YOY
   • 271 YTD donors
   • Monthly volunteer hours 15, for annual total over 1200.
4. Habitat Committee and ReTree – Norma Platt and Sarah White
   • Over 334 hours of work for Habitat and ReTree.
   • Plantings included ~170 trees and shrubs in Finn Park, John Ungar, Michael A Johnson, Hojack, Gosnell Big Woods, and Whiting Road.
   • Genesee Land Trust also planted 75 trees in Gosnell.
   • Work was supported by the Town, with special thanks to Glenn Morrell, Will Macaluso of the Genesee Land Trust, and all of the members of ReTree.

6. Open Space Committee – Hal Harris, Member at Large: State Road continues to be worked on, including a formal Trail Steward and continued work on permits for a bridge.
