1. Ava’s scout project for Troop 60415
   1. Project to build 2 benches and a table in State Road Nature Preserve.
   2. Installation planned by August 1.
   3. Total Cost estimate of $402.
   4. Approved for not more than $450.
2. Lake Road Kiosk and Bird Sanctuary benches/table
   1. The community member who was going to build the Lake Road Kiosk requested a smaller project. Linda and Pat F suggested the priority project of replacing the benches on Bird Sanctuary Trail. Cost not to exceed $450 approved.
   2. A scout will build the kiosk on Lake Road this summer, with funds from the town line item.
