• Divided up plans for potting and planting, with Sarah and Carolyn leading the potting and Norma and Andy leading the planting.
• Plants will be staged at Whiting Road the morning of the event; water the day before.
• Initial planting locations are already marked; Norma will mark an additional 5 to 10 spots.
• Seeds from White Oak Nursery will be potted as time permits.

• Herman Road Blue Trail identified for planting up to 50 trees/shrubs.
• Andy and Carolyn to mark planting locations.
• Water jugs to be dropped at nursery the day before the event.
• Volunteers to deliver the plants and water to the event.
