These hidden gems feature secluded, lush woods along Shipbuilders’ Creek and the opportunity to enjoy wildflowers, birds, fungi and sedges. The Michael A. Johnson Nature Preserve was added to Webster open space in 2022. The trails are moderate, packed dirt with benches at overlooks. Note that the John Ungar trail is accessed by descending a set of stairs.

Access both of these trails via the Hojack Trail between Drumm Road and Van Alstyne Road.
